The Embassy of France in Pakistan is inviting applications for Masters Scholarships in France for the years 2022-23. The French Embassy is now accepting applications for Master 2 level enrollment at public/government French universities for 1 year and 2 years. Below are some helpful hints for Pakistani students.

This scholarship is a Fully Funded Scholarships for Pakistani Students offered by the French Embassy in Pakistan. They currently have two scholarship programmes available. The first is the “Excellence Master Scholarships” programme, and the second is the “Make Our Planet Great Again Scholarship.” Pakistani students are eligible for both scholarships. You can apply to either or both.

The French embassy grant will cover round-trip airfare, a monthly stipend, housing, visa fees, and tuition fees. In French universities, there are many different fields to choose from. The following is a list of universities and courses.

Excellence Master Scholarships Details:

The “Excellence Master Scholarships” program, supported by the French Embassy in Pakistan, is for Pakistani students who aspire to study in public or government institutions. Only Master 2 level universities in France.

  • Course Level: Master Degree, MSc
  • Duration: 12-24 Months

Eligibility Criteria:

By January 1st, 2023, the candidates must not be more than 28 years old.
The candidate must have a four-year bachelor’s degree from a Pakistani university approved by the Pakistani Higher Education Commission.
After completing the undergraduate degree, there should be no more than a two-year hiatus.
The French Embassy in Pakistan will give special emphasis to gender equality and regional representation.

Financial Coverage:

Only government institutions are exempt from paying tuition fees.
One round-trip plane ticket Pakistan-France-Pakistan
Visa application is free of charge.
Health insurance is provided at no cost.
One month of free French language sessions before to travel to France
Access to public student housing is facilitated (depending on availability).

Make Our Planet Great Again Scholarship Details:

The “Make Our Planet Great Again scholarship,” supported by the French Embassy in Pakistan, is for Pakistani students who desire to study climate change and environmental sciences at the Master’s level in French universities.

  • Course Level: Master Degree, MSc
  • Duration: 24 Months

Eligibility Criteria:

By January 1st, 2023, candidates must be under the age of 28.
The candidate must possess a four-year bachelor’s degree from a Pakistani university approved by the Pakistani Higher Education Commission.
After completing your undergraduate degree, there should be no more than a two-year gap.
The French Embassy in Pakistan will focus on gender equality and provincial representation.

  • Exemption of tuition fees
  • Monthly living allowance (700 euros)
  • One return air ticket Pakistan-France-Pakistan
  • Free visa application
  • Free health insurance
  • Free French language classes for one month before departure to France
  • Facilitated (according to availability) access to public student housing.

  • A CV
  • A letter of motivation
  • One admission letter from a French University OR proof of complete submitted
    application
  • The scanned copy of all university degrees and transcripts
  • An English proficiency test certificate

Selection Timeline:
